We have a sharp edge over our competitors in our in-house production line, such as: 

COLD FORGING: Equipped with multi-station forming machines for high production at close tolerances, from the diameters of bolts 4mm to 27mm and length from 8mm to 400mm. 

HOT FORGING: Further facilitate us to produce even bigger diameters up to 64mm from 10mm and lengths 25mm to 3000mm (even special head bolts). 

ROLLED THREADS: Rolled thread is the ultimate solution to get more strength and fatigue up to 20%, due to uniform grain flow and unbroken fiber lines.
